Over the many years, The Australian Diamond Company has been privileged to see countless customers share their positive experiences with family and friends. Inspired by this longstanding tradition of referrals, we have launched our Referral Program as a way to give back to our loyal customers. By participating, customers earn electronic gift cards redeemable at over 200 top retailers across Australia, as a token of appreciation for their continued advocacy and support. This program not only rewards our customers but also strengthens the bonds within our community, enhancing the overall experience by recognising and celebrating those who help our family grow.

How Does It Work?

Refer a Friend: Share your love for our exceptional jewellery with friends and family. Invite them to explore our collection by making an appointment to visit our showroom
Showroom Appointment: Please ask your friend to enter your details in the referrer section on our online booking form. If they call to book an appointment, ask them to mention your name. This will allow us to tag their purchase against your profile under the referral program
Earn Unlimited Rewards: Once your friend’s purchase is complete, you’ll receive an electronic gift card instantly. You can earn up to $400 in rewards, redeemable at over 200 popular retailers.

The Australian Diamond Company – Referral Program Terms & Conditions

1. Program Overview

The Australian Diamond Company Referral Program (“Program”) is designed to reward loyal customers who refer new customers to The Australian Diamond Company. When a referred customer makes a qualifying purchase and collects their order, the referrer will receive an electronic gift card as a token of appreciation.

2. Referral Process

To participate in the program, the referred individual must either:

Mention the full name of the referrer when calling to book their appointment, or
Enter the referrer’s mobile number in the referral section of our online booking form.

Referral recognition cannot be applied during the consultation or retrospectively after the booking has been made, under any circumstances.

3. Qualifying Purchase

The referred customer must spend a minimum of $3,500 on their purchase for the referral to qualify for a reward.

4. Gift Card Delivery

Gift cards are issued electronically after the referred customer collects their order.

Gift cards cannot be used at The Australian Diamond Company.
Gift cards can be redeemed at over 200 popular Australian retailers via GiftPay.
Referrers are solely responsible for ensuring that their contact details provided to The Australian Diamond Company are accurate and up to date. The Company accepts no liability for rewards not received due to incorrect or outdated contact information.

5. Gift Card Expiry

GiftPay gift cards are initially valid for three (3) years. If the recipient converts their GiftPay balance into a retailer-specific gift card, the expiry terms of that selected retailer will apply.

6. Limitation of Rewards

Referrers are eligible to receive one (1) gift card per referred customer.
Subsequent purchases made by the same referred customer will not qualify for additional rewards.

7. Ineligible Referrals

Referrals of a spouse, domestic partner, or someone in a de facto or similar relationship with the referrer are not eligible for rewards. This is to maintain fairness and program integrity.

8. Program Changes and Termination

The Australian Diamond Company reserves the right to change, suspend, or terminate the Referral Program at any time without prior notice.

9. General Conditions

Participation in the Referral Program constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
The Australian Diamond Company may impose additional limits or restrictions on participation in the program at its sole discretion.
All standard consumer rights and guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) remain unaffected by this program.
The referral reward is a promotional incentive and does not alter the customer’s entitlement to a refund, repair, or replacement under consumer law.

10. Gift Card Disclaimer

Gift cards are issued by GiftPay, an independent third-party provider.

The Australian Diamond Company is not responsible for any issues related to the delivery, use, loss, expiration, or retailer-specific conditions of gift cards.
All gift card redemptions are subject to GiftPay’s terms of service and the individual policies of participating retailers.
Customers are encouraged to review these terms at www.giftpay.com.au.

11. Privacy & Data Use

Referral information (such as names or mobile numbers) is collected solely for the purpose of tracking and administering this program.
We do not share personal data with third parties, except as required to deliver rewards through GiftPay.
All information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Marketing Communications

Participants may receive SMS or email messages about this program. If you prefer not to receive such messages, you can opt out at any time using the unsubscribe link in our emails or by replying “STOP” to our SMS messages.
